In The Resilient SLP Workshop Membership, you’ll:
- Explore the tools of mindfulness and yoga, to help manage the daily and chronic stress you face, and help prevent the risk of burnout.
- Learn and discover new strategies to help you rework your daily habits and routines, while creating new, simple to implement strategies that leave you more refreshed and less stressed.
- Gain tools AND learn ways to actually use them in your day, instead of leaving you to figure it all out for yourself.
- Practice and play with yoga, meditation and other mind-body techniques to help reduce tension and reset your stress response.
- Get support from a fellow SLP, Coach and Yoga Teacher, as well as join a community of like-minded SLPs who *get* what you are going through and working towards.
- Earn Professional Development hours (through ASHA and Yoga Alliance), when applicable
