This Rebuilding Your Daily Routines Workshop will help you create a better routine and schedule (even when yours might be made for you) that will help you infuse your day with stress-free stress management. This workshops is part webinar, part coaching, and part yoga/meditation class. We’ll be together LIVE, so you’ll be able to ask questions, share your story, and work through the exercises with me and other SLPs.

In the Rebuilding Your Daily Routines Workshop, you’ll:


  • Set up your day for YOU, no matter where you work. Your workday, and how your schedule is set up, matters to your energy, mood and stress you feel. 

  • Look at what your day is currently like (or what you think it will be like next school year or later this year).

  • Set yourself up for more space, better energy, and less stress during your day.

  • Build an action plan for small shifts that will create big changes in the way you move through your day and the work you do.

Meet Your Workshop Leader

MS, CCC-SLP and Stress Management Coach Jessi Andricks

Jessi earned her master's degree in Speech Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has worked in many setting, including teletherapy. Jessi is a trained Integrative Coach and Yoga Teacher, and she runs the site jessiandricks.com. She has presented at multiple conferences and conventions, including most recently the Teletherapy Bootcamp Online Conference. Jessi focuses on helping SLPs reduce burn out and stress through evidence-based stress management tools and techniques.

  • What is the date for this workshop?

    Rebuilding Your Daily Routines: August 7th at 10am EST

  • How much does it cost?

    The cost for a single workshop is $15, or you can purchase all 4 as a bundle/package for $50 total.

  • How long will the workshop last?

    Each workshop will be between 60-90 minutes.

  • Oh no! I can’t attend at that time, but I really want to take it! What can I do?

    Each workshop is recorded, so you will be able to go back and listen to the recording at any time. And, even if you do attend, you’ll have that recording to watch again and again as needed. And you’ll have that access pretty much forever.

  • Can’t I read some blog posts and learn this on my own? For free?

    I mean, sure, I guess? You could read some and then put it into practice. Go and do it right now. Ok, are you back? It is totally doable BUT not always easy to do or to implement. Questions come up. You realize that you spent a LOT of time looking into this without actually learning all that much. And now you have some ideas but not enough to make a huge difference. The internet is great and has info, but spending time with community and with someone who can help.

  • Is there a refund or money-back guarantee?

    Well, no. Not for this one. Due to the nature of the workshop - being a live event - there are no returns. BUT if something comes up and you have extenuating circumstances, and are unable to attend and will not be able to listen to the recordings, let me know. Life happens. But in general, there are no returns.

  • How long do I have access to the recordings and bonuses?

    Forever ;)

  • What comes with the workshop?

    Each workshop comes with the live class, as well as the recording. You’ll also get a workbook/worksheet to go with each workshop. You can use this during it, and also after to go through. It will be a PDF, so you can download it as many times as you need. Oh, and, you get to hang out with a community of SLPs and work with me LIVE. Ask your questions, workshop what we are doing, and get stuff done now. And as a bonus, you’ll also get the recording of my July 2020 SLP Summit presentation (not for CEU/CMH credit, but to learn all about stress and mindfulness).

  • Are CEUs or CMHs provided?

    Nah, not this time. While I love courses being all about work and SLP stuff, this one will not be offered for CEUs or CMHs. The reason? With CMH/CEU, there are limitations (a bit) about how much we can cover. And I want to do MORE for you. So, while this is all about helping with stress as an SLP, it is also about helping with stress as a human, a person. It is a mix of professional and personal development (another reason why I wanted to keep this even more affordable - you are worth it, and I know you most likely have a difficult time spending on yourself despite how much you are worth it).
