Or more formally, I’m Jessi Andricks, MS CCC-SLP, yoga+meditation teacher, and Integrative Health Coach.

  • Will this help me be less stressed?

It is not a course that will automatically make all your stress go away, will require just listening to some audios or will take away the things that stress you out each day.
